Shipping

When will my order ship? 

Our goal is to prepare every order as quickly as possible. Non-personalized items will be shipped within 1-3 business days.

Personalized items are made to order and will have a processing time between 5-10 business days depending on the product. Please see "process time" in the FAQ for details. .

Do you offer free shipping?

We do for orders over $99 with shipping within the US.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to US and Canada

How long does shipping take?

Approximately 5 - 7 business days once shipped.

How do I track my order?

Tracking number will be provided via email once shipped.

Why do I have multiple tracking numbers?

Products are shipped as soon as it is ready and items may arrive separately. Individual tracking number will be provided for each package as it ships.

Returns

How do I return an item?

Please refer to our return policy here. If you need assistance, please contact us.

How long does it take to process my return?

Once return is received and approved, it will take 3-5 business days to process the return. Depending on your bank, it may take 5- business days for the return to appear in your account.

Can I exchange for a different item?

We don't do exchanges. The best option is to place a new order and submit a return for your order. Please contact us for questions or assistance.

Processing time

Our goal is to prepare every order as quickly as possible. As each personalized item is made to order with love and care, there is a production time needed prior to shipping. Please see estimated production time below for reference.

  • Personalized zipper bags: 7-10 business days.
  • Personalized notebook and notecards: 5- business days.

I made an error in my personalization

Please contact us as soon as possible. Once production have begun, we will not be able to update the information but will do our best to assist.

Do you offer gift packaging?

At this time, we do not offer gift packaging but this is in the plans!

How do I clean my personalized zipper bag?

Spot cleaning is the best but if needed, you can machine or hand wash in cold water alone or with dark colours. The denim dye on the interior lining may run the first few washes. Air dry only and do not bleach. A care instruction card is provided with your order.
